Job summary

Jyoti Global Plast Limited is seeking a results-driven Field Sales Executive to expand the customer base in Maharashtra. You will identify clients, present products, negotiate terms, and close sales while coordinating with production and logistics.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or MBA, strong communication, field experience (0-2 years preferred), and a valid two-wheeler license. You will report to the sales team and participate in trade shows and customer meetings.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in field sales or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA is required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential customers in the assigned area.
• Present, promote and sell products/services to new and existing clients.
• Generate new business leads and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market research and report competitor activities.
• Coordinate with production, logistics and accounts for order execution.
• Negotiate pricing and terms and close sales with management guidance.
• Prepare sales forecasts and update CRM systems.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and customer meetings.

JD FOR Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential customers in the assigned area
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to new and existing clients

• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales in coordination with management
• Collect market intelligence, competitor pricing, and customer feedback
• Prepare sales forecasts, daily visit reports, and update CRM systems
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings
