• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations as required.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements with customers within company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
• Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, promotional activities, and customer visits when required.
