Real Industries Indore is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive lead generation and close transactions in the real estate segment. You will engage prospects through cold calling, field visits, and exhibitions, then translate requirements into tailored solutions for clients.

You will conduct site visits, build strong relationships, and work towards monthly targets while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Independent work ethic and strong negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in sales or related field (real estate industry preferred).
• Strong communication skills and convincing power for lead generation.
• Ability to handle pressure during client meetings and negotiations.
• Proficiency in selling techniques, including negotiation strategies.
• Willingness to work independently with minimal supervision.
