Job summary

Adecco India is hiring a Security Consultant / Sales Executive B2C Field Sales (Third Party Payroll) to promote and sell V Protect Alarm Monitoring & Response Services to residential and small business customers across major cities.

You will generate leads through field visits, events, and digital channels, conduct product demonstrations, build a strong sales pipeline, and help achieve monthly and quarterly targets while delivering excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate (MBA/B Tech preferred) with 2–8 years experience.
• Willingness for direct sales / B2C sales.
• Experience of selling high value products/Services.
• Experience in consumer durables, fintech, telecom, edtech or home security systems preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong drive for sales, achievement orientation, and ability to work independently.
