SIS Group Enterprises – V Protect in Gurugram invites applications for Asstt Manager Project & Operations B2B Field Services to drive planning, execution and delivery of CCTV, VMS and integrated security projects for banks, coordinating with clients, vendors and technical teams.

The ideal candidate has a BE/BTech in Electronics/Electrical/IT, 10+ years of experience in large‑scale security projects and strong MS Project/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, IT or related field; PM certification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in large-scale E-Surveillance and integrated security projects.
• Hands-on with MS Project, Excel, and project tracking tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end surveillance and security projects.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and teams; manage budgets and milestones.
• Oversee installation and integration of alarm, fire, CCTV, NVRs, and access systems.
• Manage subcontractors, procurement, and timely materials delivery.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Role Overview

As a Project & Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for driving planning, executing, and delivering e-surveillance and security projects, including CCTV, video management systems (VMS), access control, and integrated security solutions for our banking partners (PSU & Pvt Banks). The role involves coordinating with clients, vendors, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and compliance standards, This role requires a passionate, self-driven individual with strong communication and presentation skills who thrives on achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution -Manage end-to-end surveillance and security projects from initiation to commissioning. Prepare project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones. Conduct site surveys and evaluate technical requirements.
• Client & Stakeholder Management - Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Conduct project review meetings and provide status updates. Manage client expectations and address project-related issues.
• Technical Coordination -Oversee installation and integration of: Alarm System, Fire System, CCTV/IP Camera Systems, Network Video Recorders (NVRs), Perimeter Security Systems, Command & Control Center Solutions. Coordinate with engineering and commissioning teams for system testing and handover.
• Vendor & Procurement Management - Manage subcontractors and vendors. Review technical specifications and procurement requirements. Ensure timely delivery of project materials and equipment.
• Quality, Safety & Compliance - Ensure adherence to industry standards and security regulations. Implement quality assurance and safety procedures. Maintain project documentation, reports, and compliance records.
• Financial Management- Track project budgets and costs. Monitor billing, invoicing, and project profitability. Identify and mitigate project risks

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, IT, or related field), Project Management Certification preferred with 10+ Yrs of experience.
• Experience managing large-scale E Surveillance and integrated security projects.
• Hands on experience in MS Project, Excel, and Project Tracking Tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
