Job summary

Maxop Engineering Company is seeking a capable operations professional to manage customer schedules, forecasts and ERP updates in a manufacturing setup. You will coordinate demand, process orders for domestic and export markets, and ensure timely dispatches while monitoring inventory and portal data.

Key duties include handling customer communications, supporting tool approvals and maintaining MIS reports and forecasts for senior management, with 2–5 years in automotive components or engineering

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma in mechanical, automobile, production or related fields.
• MBA preferred; additional ERP or SCM certifications are advantageous.
• 2–5 years experience in automotive components or engineering manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Collect customer schedules and forecasts, update ERP schedules and maintain dispatch trackers.
• Coordinate demand requirements and support domestic/export order execution.
• Share dispatch plans, monitor performance and coordinate backlog reduction activities.
• Handle customer emails and dispatch inquiries to support satisfaction.
• Monitor FG stock, warehouse stock and non-moving inventory; upload portal data.
• Support repeat tool approvals, sample dispatches and development records.
• Maintain sales and dispatch MIS and long-term forecast reports.

Job description

Role & responsibilities:

• Customer Schedule & Forecast Management: Collect customer schedules and forecasts, update ERP schedules, maintain dispatch trackers and monitor schedule adherence.
• Sales & Order Processing: Update purchase orders in ERP, coordinate demand requirements and support domestic/export order execution.
• Dispatch & Supply Coordination: Share dispatch plans, monitor dispatch performance, provide shipment details and coordinate backlog reduction activities.
• Customer Communication: Handle customer emails, dispatch inquiries and support customer satisfaction activities.
• Inventory & Stock Monitoring: Monitor FG stock, upload portal data, monitor warehouse stock and non-moving inventory.
• New Business & Project Support: Support repeat tool approvals, sample dispatches and development records
• Reporting & MIS: Maintain sales and dispatch reports, long-term forecast reports and management MIS.

Qualification Bachelor:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, Production Engineering, Commerce or related discipline. MBA preferred. Additional certifications in Sales Operations, Customer Service, ERP Systems or Supply Chain Management will be an advantage
