Job summary

National Coaters is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our expanding sales team. You will generate new B2B opportunities, handle inquiries, develop client relationships and convert leads into orders for aluminium and façade materials.

Based in India, the role involves office-based sales coordination and field visits to client sites. Strong communication, follow‑up and negotiation skills are essential, along with willingness to travel and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in Sales / B2B Sales / Industrial Sales / Business Development.
• Experience in aluminium, powder coating, PVDF, façade, building materials or manufacturing will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new B2B leads through calling, references, networking and market research.
• Identify and approach potential customers in the aluminium, façade, architectural, manufacturing and related industries.
• Handle customer enquiries and understand their requirements.
• Explain National Coaters' products and services to prospective customers.
• Prepare and share quotations in coordination with the relevant teams.
• Follow up regularly on leads, enquiries and quotations.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits when required.
• Maintain customer and lead information in CRM.
• Coordinate with production, technical, accounts and dispatch teams for customer requirements.
• Track opportunities from enquiry to order closure.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and new accounts.
• Maintain daily sales activity and follow-up reports.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and proactive.
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field preferred.
