Job summary

Tawazon Chemical Co. LLC is seeking a Technical Sales Executive - Coatings to drive sales growth and customer development across coatings product portfolios.

You will engage with industrial, decorative, and automotive segments, delivering technical and commercial solutions, conducting presentations, and supporting negotiations from quotation to delivery. The role requires 3–7 years in technical sales within coatings or related sectors, a relevant degree, and strong customer relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Paint Technology, Materials Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in technical sales within the coatings, paints, inks, adhesives, or specialty chemicals industry.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's coatings products to existing and prospective customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial, decorative, protective, automotive, marine, and related sectors.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable coating solutions and specifications.
• Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and customer training sessions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and support contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with technical, production, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely deliveries.
• Provide first-level technical support regarding product performance, application methods, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain regular customer visits and build long-term business relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain CRM records.
• Experience in Industrial, Protective, Powder, Automotive, Wood, Decorative, or Specialty Coatings.
• Established network with paint manufacturers, coating applicators, industrial customers, OEMs, or distributors.
• Strong techno-commercial aptitude with the ability to provide technical solutions and manage commercial discussions.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Knowledge of coating formulations and manufacturing processes will be an added advantage.
