Role summary:
We are hiring a Sales Executive to grow sales of Esperer Motors products through face-to-face selling. You will visit car accessory shops, detailing studios, body shops, workshops, dealerships and car clubs to demonstrate Esperer Motors body kits, spoilers, skirts and interior accessories, win new dealers and installers, and close orders.
This is a target-driven, on-the-ground role for someone who loves cars, enjoys meeting people and can turn a product demo into a sale.

Key responsibilities

Field sales & product promotion

• Meet customers, shop owners and installers face to face to present and demonstrate Esperer Motors body kits, spoilers, side skirts, splitters and interior accessories
• Explain fitment, materials, finish and value versus competing products; carry samples, catalogues and fitment photos
• Generate and close orders from retail customers, accessory shops, detailing studios and body shops
• Follow up on leads from the website, Instagram, WhatsApp and IndiaMART with in-person visits

Dealer & installer network development

• Identify, onboard and grow new dealers and Authorised Installers in the assigned territory
• Manage existing dealer accounts: stock levels, display, reorders, schemes and payment follow-up
• Train dealer and workshop staff on Esperer Motors products, fitment and selling points
• Coordinate with the installation team to ensure smooth fitment and customer satisfaction

Events & brand activation

• Represent Esperer Motors at auto expos, car meets, club drives and in-store activations
• Build relationships with car clubs, influencers and modification enthusiasts in the region

Customer relationships & reporting

• Build long-term relationships with customers and dealers for repeat orders and referrals.
• Handle after-sales queries and coordinate quick resolution with the service team.
• Update visits, leads and orders in the CRM and submit a weekly sales report.
• Share competitor pricing, new products and customer feedback from the market with the team.

Targets & KPIs

• Monthly Sales: Achieve the monthly revenue target for Esperer Motors products ().
• Field Visits: Complete the required number of customer and dealer visits per week.
• New Dealers & Installers: Onboard new dealer and authorised installer accounts every month.
• Lead Conversion: Improve the percentage of leads and customer visits converted into orders.
• Collections: Ensure timely collection of payments against outstanding amounts.
• Reporting: Update the CRM daily and submit weekly sales reports on time.

Note: Exact numeric targets will be set by the Business Development Manager (BDM) at joining and reviewed quarterly.

Required skills & qualifications

• 4 years of field sales experience, ideally in automotive accessories, car care, tyres or spare parts
• Confident face-to-face communicator with strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills
• Genuine interest in cars and modifications; able to talk fitment and styling with enthusiasts
• Comfortable with targets, daily travel and a high volume of visits
• Basic computer skills: Excel / Google Sheets, CRM and WhatsApp Business
• Ability to track numbers and present simple sales reports
• Fluent Malayalam and English; Tamil, Kannada or Hindi is a plus
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence
• Existing network of accessory shops, body shops, detailing studios or car dealerships in Kerala
• Knowledge of body kit materials (ABS, PP, FRP, carbon fibre) and installation basics
• Experience with B2B dealer sales and distributor schemes
• Active presence in car clubs or the automotive enthusiast community
• Four-wheeler driving licence
