Job summary

Propeaze is seeking a Real Estate Sales Executive in Dwarka, Delhi, India. The role targets selling villas, apartments, and plots with strong Hindi and English communication, targeting 0-3 years of sales experience.

Candidates should have good knowledge of the real estate market, the ability to contact clients regularly, follow up diligently, and maintain CRM systems. Site visits 6-8 per week are expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sell villas, apartments, and plots using strong communication in Hindi and English.

• Schedule 6-8 site visits weekly and conduct regular follow-ups with clients.
• Maintain CRM records accurately and consistently.

• Market Expertise: Develop and leverage a deep understanding of real estate markets and geography.


• Sales Activities:


• Engage with clients daily to promote and sell real estate products.


• Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture client relationships.


• Maintain CRM systems accurately.


• Schedule 6-8 site visits weekly.


• Make outbound calls

Qualifications:

• Experience: 0-3 years of experience in sales.


• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Hindi and English.


• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate market is preferred.


• Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to contact clients regularly, follow up diligently, and manage CRM systems effectively.
