Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Senior Process Associate to join ourInternational Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handlingUS customers, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate strong sales andcustomer service abilities. This role requires working in the US Night Shift from ourBangalore office.

Key Responsibilities:
