Thrive Solutions in Bangalore is hiring a Team Lead for International Voice Process (US Sales). You will lead and motivate a team of associates, drive sales targets, and monitor performance to boost productivity.

The role requires 5+ years in international voice processes with formal team leadership. US sales experience is preferred, and you will work from the Bangalore office during US night shifts.

• A proven ability to drive sales conversions and achieve business targets.
• Willingness to work from the Bangalore office during US night shifts.
