Job summary

Zigsaw in Bangalore (Bengaluru) is seeking an enthusiastic customer support executive to handle US International Voice Process with sales focus. You will manage inbound calls, resolve queries, upsell products, and guide customers on services while maintaining strong English communication.

Training covers tools usage and performance targets, with incentives based on performance. The role is office-based in Bengaluru with night shift allowances after training, and complimentary meals provided.
