Job summary

BT Print is seeking a Sales Engineer/Deputy Sales Manager to drive direct industrial sales across Chandigarh, Haridwar and Lucknow. You will develop plans to meet sales targets, expand market coverage, and manage key accounts with a solution-oriented approach.

The role requires 1-3 years in B2B sales, familiarity with packaging or automation, and travel across regions. Fluency in Hindi and English is expected, with CRM experience considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in B2B direct industrial sales, especially in packaging or automation.
• Experience in selling coding and marking products is an added advantage.
• CRM experience is beneficial.
• Knowledge of FMCG, Pharmaceutical, and Manufacturing sectors with strengths in sales strategy, negotiation and order closure.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Develop business, expand market coverage and manage the territory.
• Handle client management and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyze customer needs and propose solutions from the product portfolio.
• Report market opportunities, ongoing projects, and competitor activities.
• Travel extensively; mobile with two-wheelers; acquire new tech knowledge across targeted regions.

Developing and execute plans to meet established sales goals and objectives while maintaining territory

Experience in selling of coding and marking products will be an added advantage.

• Fluent in the , Hindi and English and local language.
• CRM: Experience in handling CRM will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of FMCG, Pharmaceutical, and Manufacturing industries, with expertise in Strategic Sales, Negotiation and Order Closure skill, timely collection of payment.

Preferred Education:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics) or Science Graduate. MBA will be an added advantage.
