BT Print is seeking a Sales Engineer/Deputy Sales Manager to cover All over India, with a focus on industrial packaging and automation. The role emphasizes achieving sales targets, developing new business, managing client relationships, and collecting payments in collaboration with finance.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Hindi, English, and a local language, have experience in FMCG/pharma/manufacturing sectors, and be willing to travel extensively across the Eastern region and West

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in B2B direct industrial sales, especially in packaging or automation.
• Experience in selling coding and marking products is a plus.
• Fluent in Hindi and English and local language; familiarity with CRM tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Develop business, expand market coverage, and manage clients.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend solutions from the product portfolio.
• Report on market opportunities, projects, and competitor activities.
• Travel across the Eastern region and Bengal to acquire knowledge and promote products.

Position: Sales Engineer/Deputy Sales Manager

What we are looking for:

3-7 years of experience in B2B Direct Industrial Sales-specially in packaging or automation.

Developing and execute plans to meet established sales goals and objectives while maintaining territory

Experience in selling of coding and marking products will be an added advantage.

• Fluent in the , Hindi and English and local language.


• CRM: Experience in handling CRM will be an added advantage.


• Knowledge of FMCG, Pharmaceutical, and Manufacturing industries, with expertise in Strategic Sales, Negotiation and Order Closure skill, timely collection of payment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.


• Business Development, coverage and expansion of market.


• Client Management and Customer satisfaction.


• Analyse customer needs and recommend solutions from product portfolio.


• Report on market opportunities, ongoing projects, and competitor activities.


• Ideal candidates should possess market and geography knowledge, demonstrate a solution-oriented approach should be mobile with 2 wheelers, ready to extensive travelling across length and breadth of Eastern region of west bengal Eagar to acquire technical knowledge and new technologies.

Preferred Education:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics) or Science Graduate. MBA will be an added advantage.
