BT Print is seeking a Sales Engineer/Deputy Sales Manager to drive B2B direct industrial sales across multiple Indian cities. The role focuses on packaging or automation sectors, with added advantage for coding and marking products.

Strong negotiation, client management, and travel readiness are essential. The candidate should possess a Mechanical/Electronics engineering background or science degree, with MBA preferred for growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in B2B direct industrial sales (packaging or automation).
• Plan and execute to meet sales goals and cover territory.
• Experience selling coding and marking products is a plus.
• Fluent in Hindi and English and local language; CRM experience is a plus.
• Willing to travel extensively with two-wheeler across eastern region.

Location: Delhi, Punjab, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad,Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Jaipur, Lucknow etc.

What we are looking for:

3-7 years of experience in B2B Direct Industrial Sales-specially in packaging or automation.

Developing and execute plans to meet established sales goals and objectives while maintaining territory

Experience in selling of coding and marking products will be an added advantage.

• Fluent in the , Hindi and English and local language.
• CRM: Experience in handling CRM will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of FMCG, Pharmaceutical, and Manufacturing industries, with expertise in Strategic Sales, Negotiation and Order Closure skill, timely collection of payment.

• Ideal candidates should possess market and geography knowledge, demonstrate a solution-oriented approach should be mobile with 2 wheelers, ready to extensive travelling across length and breadth of Eastern region of west bengal Eagar to acquire technical knowledge and new technologies.

Preferred Education:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics) or Science Graduate. MBA will be an added advantage.
