Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation.
• Extensive direct and distributor sales across Punjab, Jammu, Himachal Pradesh and Haryana border areas.
• Strong knowledge of PLC and automation products; machinery safety.
• Experience in channel/distributor sales management.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle direct and distributor-based sales across Punjab, Jammu, Himachal Pradesh and Haryana border areas.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and drive year-on-year growth.
• Develop and manage distributor/channel networks and onboard new channels.
• Develop new customers, markets and increase market share.
• Manage complete sales cycle including techno-commercial offers.
• Build relationships with OEMs, consultants and end users to support product approvals.
• Promote machinery safety standards and solutions.
• Handle PLC, automation products, system integration and control system architecture.
• Conduct customer presentations and technical training.
• Manage CRM, sales reporting, MIS, collections and competitor intelligence.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle direct and distributor-based sales across Punjab, Jammu, Himachal Pradesh and Haryana border areas associated with Punjab.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and drive profitable year-on-year growth.
• Develop and manage distributor/channel networks and onboard new channels.
• Develop new customers, markets and increase market share.
• Handle solution/project sales, techno-commercial offers and complete the sales cycle.
• Develop relationships with OEMs, consultants and end users and support product approvals.
• Promote machinery safety standards and solutions.
• Handle PLC, automation products, system integration and control system architecture.
• Conduct customer presentations and technical training.
• Manage CRM, sales reporting, MIS, collections and competitor intelligence.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in factory automation, controls & automation or electrical switchgear components.
• Knowledge of PLC, automation products, field boxes and machinery safety.
• Experience in channel/distributor sales management.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Technical and analytical skills with a solution-selling approach.
• CRM and SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of the Chandigarh/Punjab, Jammu, Himachal and adjoining Haryana market is preferred.
