Job summary

JobItUs in India is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive automation solutions. You will generate new leads, visit customers to understand their automation and control needs, and select suitable products to match requirements.

You will prepare techno-commercial offers with BOM and system architecture, negotiate orders, coordinate with project and purchase teams, ensure timely payments, set sales targets with the department head, and promote products to OEMs, end users, EPCs, and consultants.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Instrumentation or Electronics & Communication.
• 2–5 years of experience in Industrial Automation Applications.

Responsibilities

• Select suitable automation, electrical, and related products to match control needs.
• Prepare techno-commercial offers with BOM and system architecture from selected products.
• Negotiate offers with customers and secure orders.
• Coordinate with Project Engineering and Purchase teams for timely execution of orders.
• Perform commercial formalities and ensure timely payment from customers.
• Set sales targets with the department head and strive to achieve them.
• Conduct sales promotions with OEMs, end users, EPCs and consultants.
• Follow organizational procedures on the ERP system.

• 2) Visit prospective and existing Customers to understand their automation and control requirements
• 3) Select suitable automation, electrical, and other related products to suit control requirements
• 4) Prepare techno-commercial offer together with BOM and System Architecture from selected products
• 5) Negotiate offer with Customers and get order
• 6) Co-ordinate with Project Engineering Team and Purchase Team to ensure smooth and timely execution of order
• 7) Perform commercial formalities and ensure timely payment from Customers
• 8) Set sales targets jointly with department head and strive to achieve them
• 9) Do sales promotion activities with clients, like, OEMs, End Users, EPCs, Consultants, etc.
• 10) Perform organisational working procedure on ERP System

Qualification

DIP./B. E. Electrical/Instruments & Control / Electronics & Communication

Exp:

2 to 5 yrs. Experience in Industrial Automation Application
