Job summary

JobItUs in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is seeking an Inside Sales & Support Engineer to generate new leads, select suitable automation and related products, and prepare techno-commercial offers with BOM and system architecture. You will negotiate orders, coordinate with sales, engineering and purchase teams, manage inventory, raise purchase orders, and ensure on-time deliveries and payments while following ERP procedures.

The role requires 2–5 years in industrial automation applications and a BE/B.E.

Qualifications

• Dipl./B.E. in Electrical, Instruments & Control or Electronics & Communications.
• 2–5 years of experience in industrial automation applications.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads utilising various resources.
• Select suitable automation, electrical, and other related products to suit control requirements.
• Prepare techno-commercial offers together with BOM and System Architecture from selected products.
• Negotiate offers with Customers and secure orders.
• Coordinate with Front Office Sales Team, Project Engineering Team and Purchase Team to ensure smooth and timely execution of orders.
• Perform inventory management to ensure optimum stock levels.
• Make purchase orders and follow up with vendors to ensure deliveries.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors in consultation with accounts department.
• Perform organisational working procedures on ERP System.
