Job summary

JB Group of Companies is seeking a Sales Executive to prospect, develop, and generate orders from existing and new customers and dealers in the assigned territory in India. You will ensure timely order closure, coordinate with the Backoffice for smooth execution, and handle pre- and post-sales activities including NDAs and payment collections.

The role requires 2–4 years in industrial transmission sales, strong negotiation and communication skills in English and Hindi, and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Automobile Engineering.
• 2–4 years in sales within industrial transmission products (chains, gears, belts, bearing, cutting tools).
• Knowledge of sales processes and commercial terms.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop and generate orders from existing and new customers and dealers for the assigned territory.
• Close orders as per monthly plan with defined targets in line with company policies.
• Coordinate with Backoffice for smooth order execution and maintain timely payments (post-sales collections).
• Pre-sales activities include gathering customer data for master data creation and handling NDAs or purchase agreements promptly.

Job description

• To Prospect, develop and to generate orders from the existing & new customers and dealers for the assigned territory.
• Successful Closure of Orders as per the monthly plan with clearly defined targets in line with the Company's policies.
• Smooth Order execution as per order terms in coordination with the Backoffice team
• Pre-sales follow such as Customer details that is required for master data creation as requested by the Backoffice team, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if any, any purchase agreements to be completed in a timely manner
• Post Sales Follow-up - Collection of payments
• To co-ordinate for timely resolving Customer Complaints along with the Factory, Backoffice Team
• To prepare monthly customer contact plan for both Direct & MRO Segment and get it approved from Head Sales and executing the same.
• Obtaining regular feedback from the market and updating the same to the reporting officer.
• To ensure that the existing customer(s) are satisfied, queries are properly addressed and to maintain the reputation of the company.

Position Requirements - Functional

• Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Automobile Engineerin with 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales domain wherein handling the industrial transmission products such as Industrial Chains, consumables - Bearing, Gears, belts, cutting tools, Power transmission segment etc
• Knowledge of Sales Processes, Commercial terms
• Negotiation Skills
• Good Communication in English and Hindi
• Computer Literacy - MS Office (Excel & Power Point Presentations)
