Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for CNC spindle repair, rebuilding, and servicing.
• Identify and develop potential customers in CNC, VMC, HMC, grinding, and machining industries.
• Visit customer sites to understand spindle problems, machine requirements, and service needs.
• Coordinate with the technical team for spindle inspection, diagnosis, repair, and quotation preparation.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial quotations to customers.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order confirmations.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable spindle repair or replacement solutions.
• Coordinate spindle pickup, service progress, delivery, and customer feedback.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business development goals.
