WTE Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to drive business development in the water and wastewater treatment space.

The role focuses on generating project enquiries, building client relationships, and securing orders across designated territories. The incumbent will identify opportunities for WTP, ETP, STP, RO, and ZLD solutions, coordinate with proposal and engineering teams, and travel to client sites to close deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in B2B sales for water treatment solutions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for WTP, ETP, STP, RO, ZLD projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with industrial clients, consultants, EPC contractors and government authorities.
• Generate leads and enquiries for water and wastewater treatment plants, equipment and turnkey projects.
• Coordinate with proposal and engineering teams to prepare technical and commercial offers.
• Conduct client meetings, negotiate terms, and drive order closures.
• Track upcoming projects, tender opportunities and competitor activities in the assigned regions.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships for repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for WTP, ETP, STP, RO, ZLD and wastewater treatment projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with industrial clients, consultants, EPC contractors and government authorities.
• Generate leads and enquiries for water and wastewater treatment plants, equipment and turnkey projects.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with proposal and engineering teams for technical and commercial offers.
• Conduct client meetings, negotiate commercial terms and drive order closures.
• Track upcoming projects, tender opportunities and competitor activities in the assigned regions.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships for repeat business.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical or Civil.
• 4–8 years of sales experience specifically in the Water & Wastewater Treatment Industry.
• Strong understanding of WTP, ETP, STP, RO, ZLD and industrial water treatment solutions.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, project sales, lead generation and order acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel across Chhattisgarh, West Bengal and Odisha.

Preferred: Candidates with an established network of industrial clients, consultants and EPC companies in the water and wastewater treatment sector.
