Business Flow Navigator Inc. in India seeks a hands-on SDR to identify and engage senior decision makers at US companies.
This is a production role requiring account research, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, CRM updates, and qualification to set qualified meetings. You will target US firms with 200–2,000+ employees, build target accounts, verify prospect information, and maintain disciplined multi‑channel outreach while collaborating with marketing and partners.
Job Description:
Business Flow Navigator (BFN) helps organizations understand and improve end-to-end business flows using modern AI, automation, and enterprise technology approaches. BFN Technologies Private Limited is our India operating company, based in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Employment for this position is through BFN Technologies Private Limited, the wholly owned India subsidiary of Business Flow Navigator Inc.
We are building our initial sales development team and are looking for a hands‑on SDR who can identify, research, and engage senior decision makers at US companies. This is a production role — the successful candidate must be comfortable doing the actual work: account research, prospect identification, LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, CRM updates, follow‑ups, qualification, and appointment setting. This is not a passive lead‑management position.
The SDR will primarily target US companies with approximately 200 to 2,000+ employees. Typical target executives include:
Primary objective: generate qualified sales conversations and meetings for BFN by identifying the right companies, finding the right executives, researching relevant business signals, and executing disciplined multi‑channel outreach. The SDR owns the top and middle of the outbound funnel until a qualified opportunity is ready to hand to sales for discovery and closure.
Identify companies matching BFN's Ideal Customer Profile, researching employee size, industry, geography, technology environment, digital transformation activity, AI initiatives, hiring activity, leadership changes, and other public business signals. Build and maintain clean target‑account lists — avoid mass prospecting without qualification.
Identify relevant executives and buying stakeholders within target accounts using LinkedIn, Google, and other approved research sources: title, LinkedIn profile, responsibilities, priorities, recent posts or interviews, and potential BFN conversation angles. Verify prospect information rather than relying blindly on automated data.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for account/prospect discovery, persona and company‑size filtering, saved lists, and activity monitoring — building accurate B2B prospect lists rather than exporting large numbers of contacts.
Perform hands‑on prospect research and data enrichment: company/contact research, verification, duplicate removal, and persona classification. Experience with Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, RocketReach, or Seamless.ai is useful but not mandatory — data quality matters more than list size.
Work closely with BFN's Digital Marketing Executive, exchanging common prospect questions, objections, responsive industries/personas, and competitive information discovered during outreach. Incorporate relevant BFN content (founder LinkedIn posts, blogs, case studies) into prospect outreach where appropriate. Also support BFN's partner‑ecosystem development: identifying, researching, and running initial outreach to potential technology, consulting, and systems‑integrator partners.
Strongly preferred: experience prospecting into the US market, SaaS, IT services, cloud technology, AI/ML, or professional/consulting services, and familiarity with tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, RocketReach, Seamless.ai, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM. Experience with every tool is not required — candidates must demonstrate the ability to learn and execute quickly.
Because the target market is the United States and outreach involves senior executives, candidates need strong written and spoken English, professional communication skills, and the ability to understand a basic business problem before pitching. This is not a script‑reading telecalling role.
The strongest candidate is typically hands‑on, curious, research‑oriented, detail‑oriented, comfortable communicating with executives, comfortable working remotely and independently, and comfortable receiving coaching and feedback. BFN values execution ability over impressive job titles.
Final selection is based primarily on research quality, prospecting ability, written and spoken communication, personalization quality, CRM discipline, and the ability to generate qualified conversations.
This is a remote role working closely with BFN leadership, digital marketing, and sales. You'll need reliable internet connectivity, a suitable remote working environment, and the ability to attend scheduled internal and prospect meetings — with some flexibility for US business hours given the target market.
Important: this role requires direct execution. Applicants whose experience is primarily team management, agency coordination, or high‑volume telecalling without B2B prospect research may not be suitable. We're looking for someone who can personally research, prospect, communicate, follow up, and generate qualified B2B opportunities.
