About the role:

We're looking for a sharp, driven AE to work on a full sales cycle, from first outreach to closed deals. You'll shadow every stage of the pipeline, take ownership of a growing share of it, and help us win more of the right clients.

What you'll do

Prospecting and outreach

• Research target accounts and identify decision-makers
• Run personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn, and calls
• Qualify leads and book discovery and follow-up meetings

Meetings and client engagement

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, and prepare briefing notes beforehand
• Attend client calls, take notes, and send crisp follow-ups with next steps
• Follow up consistently with prospects so no opportunity goes cold

Proposals and decks

• Build customized pitch decks and proposals tailored to each client's context and pain points
• Maintain a library of reusable case studies, templates, and collateral
• Work with seniors to map each deal: stakeholders, objections, timelines, and competitors
• Draft deal plans and close strategies, and track what's needed to move each deal forward

CRM and pipeline hygiene

• Keep the CRM accurate and current (contacts, stages, notes, next actions, deal size)
• Prepare weekly pipeline summaries and flag stalled or at-risk deals

Beyond the basics (where you add real value)

• Track market trends, competitor moves, and client news to spot timely openings
• Analyze won and lost deals to improve messaging and targeting
• Suggest new segments, partnerships, or referral channels
• Help create thought-leadership posts to share with prospects.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts
• Test and improve outreach sequences, tracking what converts
