Job summary

Sum Media, a marketplace management agency, is hiring an SDR who excels on the phone and loves follow-ups. You will qualify leads, book meetings, and run campaigns for Outleadz clients. A four- to six-figure incentives plan complements a base salary, with direct access to the founder and a probation period.

This is a performance role with daily CRM logging and outbound outreach across channels. Strong English and resilience are essential.

JOB DESCRIPTION

I'm Sumeet, founder of Sum Media and Outleadz. I'm hiring one SDR who is good on the phone, doesn't get tired of follow-ups, and wants to be paid for results.

ABOUT US

• Sum Media: marketplace management agency (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto and more). 6+ years in the business, with Shark Tank-backed brands among our clients.
• Outleadz: AI-powered outbound lead generation for B2B companies. We provide the leads and outreach, and you convert them into meetings.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Call enriched leads we give you (intent-based and raw data).
• Follow up on phone, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and email until you get a clear yes or no.
• Hold real conversations: understand their problem, qualify them and book meetings.
• Build relationships with leads who aren’t ready yet, so you’re the first call when they are.
• Run calling and follow-up campaigns for Outleadz clients.
• Log every call, outcome and next step in the CRM daily.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF

• You speak clear English and are comfortable calling strangers.
• You can hear "no" 30 times a day and still pick up the phone.
• You actually like follow-ups, because that's where deals are won.
• You listen more than you pitch.
• You write LinkedIn messages that sound human, not templated.
• You keep your CRM updated without being chased.

EXPERIENCE

1-2 years in B2B inside sales or SDR work is ideal. Sharp freshers with strong communication and proof of hustle are welcome. We don't want a pushy loan or edtech style of calling.

WHAT YOU GET
