Job summary

Skill2Source is seeking energetic and ambitious SDR Trainees / Graduate Trainees in Mumbai to start a career in Sales Development, Lead Generation and B2B sales.

The role offers a stipend of ₹10,000–₹20,000 per month, with fresh graduates or those having 3–6 months of internship experience preferred. You will engage prospects, perform market research, and support outbound prospecting for India, the UK, Dubai and APAC.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential B2B leads.
• Conduct lead generation, prospecting and market research.
• Use Excel / Google Sheets to maintain lead databases.

• Make calls and communicate with potential clients/prospects.
• Assist the sales team in outbound prospecting and appointment setting.
• Maintain records of leads and conversations.
• Qualify prospects and pass leads to the sales team.
• Learn and experiment with new AI tools and sales techniques.

• Research companies, decision-makers and potential clients.
• Use AI tools for lead generation, research, data enrichment and productivity.
• Make calls and communicate with potential clients/prospects.
• Assist the sales team in outbound prospecting and appointment setting.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversations.
• Qualify prospects based on business requirements and pass relevant leads to the sales team.
• Continuously learn and experiment with new AI tools, sales tools and lead-generation techniques.
• Recent graduates / freshers looking to start their career in Sales / Business Development.
• Candidates with 3–6 months of internship experience will be preferred.
• Internship experience in Sales, SDR, BDE, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Business Development or similar roles is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – NON-NEGOTIABLE.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with clients and prospects over calls.
• Good understanding of Excel / Google Sheets and data handling.
• Familiarity with lead generation, lead scraping and prospect research.
• AI-tool savvy and comfortable learning/using AI tools for work.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.

Candidates based in or willing to work from:

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.

This role is designed for graduate trainees / fresh graduates/candidates with internship experience who want hands-on exposure to:
