iSmartRecruit is seeking freshers for a 5-month Business Development Training Program focused on SaaS sales and international markets. Responsibilities

• Learn and understand iSmartRecruit and its recruitment technology solutions.
• Identify and research potential customers in international markets.
• Generate leads through email, LinkedIn, calling and other channels.
• Conduct prospect research and identify relevant decision-makers.
• Reach out to prospects and understand their recruitment and business requirements.
• Schedule product demonstrations for qualified prospects.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM.
• Work towards defined daily and monthly lead generation and demo targets.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion.
• Continuously learn about SaaS sales, recruitment technology and international markets.

About The Opportunity

We are looking for energetic, confident and target-oriented freshers to join our 5-Month Business Development Training Program.

During the training, you will learn about SaaS sales, recruitment technology, international markets, prospecting, lead generation, customer communication and the complete sales process.

Training Duration: 5 Months

Stipend: 4,000/month from the 2nd month

After Successful Completion: Full-time employment as a Business Development Executive with 2,40,000/year + incentives, based on performance during the training period.

Key Responsibilities

Qualification

Any graduate / postgraduate degree. Candidates from Business, Management, Marketing, Commerce, HR or related fields are preferred.
