The role involves tracking deployment of sales personnel through HR systems, managing PJP schedules, distance verification, and timely submission of reports to the state head.

• Track customer interface through influencer meets and electrician meets, and verify via customer feedback and random visits.
• Monitor deployment of sales personnel through HR system, tally PJP, tour km, attendance and leaves.
• Collate lead data for state head approval.
• Coordinate influencer and electrician meets, assist in coordination, and verify data authenticity.
• Track distance traveled for conveyance reimbursement and update CRM.
• Distribute POS materials with inventory checks and allocation tracking.
• Participate in cross-functional improvement projects.
• Stay updated through continuous learning to support business imperatives.
• Perform duties as per changing business requirements.

Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To track customer interface through influencer meets, electrician meets and verify through customer feedback and random verification through visits
• To track deployment of sales personnel through HR system- PJP, Km calculation for tour bills, on ground activity, attendance, leave
• Collates lead data for approval of the state head
• Tracks customer interface through influencermeets, electrician meets:
  • Assists in coordination of the meet, if applicable
  • Collates data generated by these meets and verifies authenticity of the same
  • Checks customer feedback and updates CRM system
• Tracks deployment of sales personnel through HR system-
  • Tracks attendance , leave and implementation of the PJP and other on ground activity
  • Tracks distance travelled for verification of conveyance reimbursement
• Takes responsibility for proper distribution of POS materials:
  • Assists marketing department in inventory management by checking the utilization
  • Assists sales head in tracking distribution of POS as per allocation
• Participates in improvement projects involving cross functional collaboration
• Keeps self, updated through continuous learning and critical exposure to contribute to current and future business imperatives
• Performs all such duties required for this role as per the changingbusiness requirements and strategic objectives of the Organisation
