Miracle HR Solution Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Support specialist to assist the Sales/Key Account Team.

The role involves handling SAP Ariba and Reliance customer portals, managing RFQs, enquiries, quotations, and online orders. You will coordinate pricing, product availability, technical details and delivery timelines, manage POs, order confirmations and dispatch, and maintain CRM and sales reports. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and customer portals,

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in SAP Ariba, Reliance, or customer portals.
• Knowledge of RFQ, Quotation, PO & B2B sales processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, CRM, and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and administrative support to the Sales / Key Account Team.
• Handle SAP Ariba, Reliance, and customer procurement portals.
• Manage RFQs, enquiries, quotations and online order processing.
