• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• ERP/SAP/CRM knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of order processing, invoicing, dispatch, and customer coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team and customers regarding inquiries, quotations, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and maintain quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
• Follow up with customers for order confirmation, technical requirements, delivery schedules, and payment status.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchase, Dispatch, Logistics, and Accounts departments.
• Track customer orders from order receipt to production, dispatch, and final delivery.
• Maintain updated records of customer requirements, pending orders, dispatches, and payments; prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
• Coordinate customer requirements for HVAC, refrigeration, coils, heat exchangers, and related products.
• Follow up on customer forecasts and communicate them to internal departments.
• Support the sales team in handling customer queries and providing timely responses.
• Coordinate logistics and dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain customer information and sales-related data in ERP/CRM systems.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and MIS.
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up for customer orders.
