• Maintain up-to-date sales reports and ensure accuracy and timely sharing of information.
• Track orders, follow up on pending activities, and liaise with internal teams for smooth execution.
• Support the sales team with data, reports, documentation, and coordination tasks.
• Ensure sales information is updated in internal systems.

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate sales activities and communicate relevant information with the Field Sales Team, Inside Sales Team, and Business Unit Heads.
• Input and process sales orders on SAP and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date sales reports, ensuring accuracy and timely sharing of information.
• Track sales orders, follow up on pending activities, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
• Support the sales team with required data, reports, documentation, and other coordination activities.
• Ensure sales-related information is properly updated and maintained in internal systems.
• Assist in monitoring order status, delivery timelines, and other sales-related requirements.
• Work closely with different teams to resolve order-related queries and ensure smooth communication.
