Job summary

Beckhoff Automation - INDIA, based in Chennai, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support quotation creation, customer communications, and order follow-ups within an international automation leader. The role emphasizes handling payments, tendering, and maintaining spare part summaries.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with 0–1 years experience and strong English communication, plus proficiency in MS Office and D365. The position offers growth in a global tech environment.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of business processes.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft D365.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and pro forma invoices, and maintain summaries (spares).
• Communicate with customers regarding receipt of purchase orders, material deliveries and invoices.
• Follow up on outstanding payments.
• Handle e-tendering through customer portals.

We are a representative office in Chennai, India, and we are actively expanding our team and looking for a suitable Sales Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• preparation of quotations and pro forma invoices, and maintenance of summaries (spares)
• customer communication regarding receipt of purchase orders, material deliveries and invoices
• follow-up on outstanding payments
• handling e-tendering through customer portals

Qualifications
