Qualifications

• 2–10 years of experience in sales coordination for industrial field instruments.
• Strong English, Hindi, and Gujarati communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Tally ERP9/Prime.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Order Management: Process incoming inquiries, manage quotations, register sales orders, and track them through delivery.
• Client Coordination: Maintain regular communication with industrial clients, understand technical inquiries, and ensure timely resolution of product queries.
• Vendor & Supply Chain Alignment: Coordinate with vendors to ensure on‑time dispatch and delivery of purchases.
• Sales Support: Assist field sales engineers with technical data sheets, compliance documents, and commercial proposals.
• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity, pipeline, and order status reports for management.
