Job summary

Western Outdoor Structures in Thane is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with enquiries, leads, and client requirements. You will prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations, and follow up on quotations, orders, and payments.

The role involves maintaining the sales enquiry database, coordinating with Design, Estimation, Purchase, Production, and Project teams, and preparing MIS and sales reports.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work with multiple teams (sales, design, estimation, purchase, production, project).
• Proficient in preparing quotations and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team for new enquiries, leads, and customer requirements.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales documents.
• Follow up with clients regarding quotations, technical clarifications, orders, and payments.
• Maintain and regularly update the sales enquiry and lead database.
• Coordinate with the Design, Estimation, Purchase, Production, and Project teams to obtain required information.
• Prepare MIS reports, sales reports, enquiry status, and follow-up reports.
• Schedule client meetings, site visits, and discussions for the sales team.
• Maintain proper records of POs, work orders, quotations, contracts, and client communications.
• Track the status of ongoing orders/projects and communicate updates to clients.
• Assist the sales team in preparing tender documents and commercial proposals.
• Handle customer queries and ensure timely responses.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with clients for required documents, approvals, and project-related information.
• Perform other sales coordination and administrative activities as assigned.
