Job summary

Bidyut Innovation in Indore seeks an operations liaison to align field sales, pre-sales engineers, and clients. You will own order processing, tenders, quotations, and service proposals, ensuring accurate records and timely delivery.

You will maintain databases for leads, sales funnels, and renewals, coordinate deliveries and deployment timelines, and act as the primary contact for onboarding and communications.

• Prepare, process, and track purchase orders, tenders, technical sales quotations, and service proposals.
• Maintain and update the database, keeping accurate records of leads, sales funnels, and contract renewals.
• Coordinate product deliveries, project deployment timelines.
• Serve as a direct point of contact for client inquiries, onboarding schedules, and operational feedback.
• Conduct regular client follow-ups post-sale to support key account retention and identify upsell opportunities.
