Job summary

Spraytech Systems India is seeking a Sales Coordinator to assist in quotation preparation and order processing. You will coordinate with various divisions to generate work orders and invoices against purchase orders.

The role requires supporting sales engineers with stock status and technical data, arranging daily dispatch plans, and following up on quotations to gauge ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Must be able to prepare quotations per customer requirements.
• Coordinate with divisions to prepare work orders and generate invoices against PO.
• Support sales engineers with stock status and technical data.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing quotations based on customer requirements and specs.
• Coordinate with internal divisions to generate work orders and issue invoices against POs.
• Provide stock status updates and technical data to the sales team.
• Prepare daily dispatch plans and track order movement.

Job description

Sales Coordinator (should know how to prepare quotation). Preparation of quotations according to the Customer requirement. Coordinating with Respective divisions to prepare Work orders and generating Invoice against each purchase order.
