Job summary

SACMI Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator with experience in machine manufacturing and engineering sales support to act as the main contact for colleagues and customers.

The role requires handling inquiries, quotations, orders, and coordination across Design, Production, and Finance teams. You will manage BOMs, export enquiries, and international coordination while leveraging SAP for pricing and order processing.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in Machine Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial Sales.
• Experience in Spares Sales / Sales Support / Order Coordination.
• SAP working knowledge MUST.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Good English communication advantage).
• Good understanding of BOMs, technical parts, and part codes.
• Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and orders.
• Identify spare part codes and coordinate with Design/Technical teams.
• Prepare quotations using SAP pricing and purchase inputs.
• Process orders and ensure timely payment follow-up.
• Support main machine sales, Proforma Invoices, and Sales Orders in SAP.
• Coordinate for BOMs, contracts, and machine-wise payment status.
• Coordinate for machine dispatches with Production, Stores, Accounts, and Customers.
• Coordinate transportation, insurance, and other dispatch requirements.
• Handle export spare part enquiries.
• Coordinate with internal and international teams for smooth order execution.

The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for colleagues and customers. This candidate will keep schedules, provide feedback, documentation and information in order to facilitate team activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and orders.
• Identify spare part codes and coordinate with Design/Technical teams.
• Prepare quotations using SAP pricing and purchase inputs.
• Process orders and ensure timely payment follow-up.
• Support main machine sales, Proforma Invoices, and Sales Orders in SAP.
• Coordinate for BOMs, contracts, and machine-wise payment status.
