Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Machine Manufacturing/Engineering Sales
• Experience in Spares Sales / Sales Support / Order Coordination
• Engineering background; MBA preferred
• SAP knowledge preferred
• Strong customer communication and follow-up skills
• Good understanding of BOMs, technical parts and part codes

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, quotations and orders
• Identify spare part codes and coordinate with Design/Technical teams
• Prepare quotations using SAP pricing / Purchase inputs
• Process orders and ensure timely payment follow-up
• Support main machine sales, Proforma Invoices and Sales Orders in SAP
• Coordinate BOM, contracts and machine-wise payment status
• Coordinate machine dispatches with Production, Stores, Accounts & Customers
• Coordinate transportation, insurance and dispatch requirements
• Handle export spare enquiries
• Coordinate with internal and international teams for smooth order execution
