Job summary

Navrang HR Solutions in Vadodara invites applications for a Sales Coordinator who will support sales and customer-management activities across multiple teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

The role requires 2–5 years in sales coordination or related roles, with strong MS Excel/Office skills and exposure to ERP/SAP/CRM. You will handle quotations, orders, invoicing, and MIS reporting while coordinating with engineering, production and logistics to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate in B.Com, BBA, MBA or relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination or related roles.
• Experience in manufacturing/engineering/HVAC/refrigeration preferred.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills.
• ERP/SAP/CRM knowledge is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales team and customers on inquiries, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and maintain quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and other documents.
• Follow up with customers for order confirmation, technical requirements, delivery schedules, and payment status.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchase, Dispatch, Logistics, and Accounts departments.
• Track customer orders from order receipt to production, dispatch, and final delivery.
• Maintain records of customer requirements, pending orders, dispatches, and payments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
• Coordinate customer requirements for HVAC, refrigeration, coils, heat exchangers, and related products.
• Follow up on customer forecasts and requirements and communicate them to internal departments.
• Support the sales team in handling customer queries and providing timely responses.
• Coordinate logistics and dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain customer information and sales-related data in ERP/CRM systems.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and other management information.
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up for customer orders.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• ERP/SAP/CRM knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of order processing, invoicing, dispatch, and customer coordination.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and handle multiple tasks.
