Job summary

Maco Corporation India Pvt Ltd in Kolkata is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support end-to-end sales coordination, order processing and execution for our industrial business.

The role requires strong computer and ERP system knowledge, excellent communication, and experience in industrial sales support and coordinating with large steel manufacturers and industrial accounts.

Qualifications

• Science graduate preferred with good computer & ERP system knowledge.
• Experience in industrial sales support / customer coordination.
• Knowledge of commercial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end sales coordination from quotation preparation to order execution.
• Prepare and manage bid submission in portals like SAIL, GeM, Ariba etc.
• Maintain and update daily MIS reports for Sales & Execution (esp. Steel SBU).
• Generate monthly and annual sales reports, project reports.
• Manage purchase order processing and tracking.
• Coordinate with partners and logistics for material execution.
• Ensure effective communication with customers, partners, and foreign principals.

• Coordinate with our partners and our logistic department for the execution of material.
• Ensure effective communication with customers, partners, and foreign principals

Required Skills & Experience

Candidate should have good computer & ERP system knowledge and good knowledge of commercial transactions.

Experience in industrial sales support / customer coordination, preferably in capital equipment or industrial spares.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Preferred Industry Exposure

Candidates with experience handling industrial customers or business accounts in the steel and heavy-industry sector will be preferred. Experience dealing with large steel manufacturers and industrial organizations is an advantage.
