Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in sales support, administration, or customer service roles.
• Software Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).
• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for dealing with clients and internal teams.
• Organization: High attention to detail, multitasking aptitude, and strong time-management skills.
