Role Description

The Sales Coordinator role is a full-time hybrid position based in Indore, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing inquiries, preparing quotations, maintaining customer records, and coordinating order processing and follow-ups. Daily tasks include responding to customer and partner communications, scheduling meetings, tracking sales activities, and assisting with documentation related to HVAC and cooling-heating projects. The role also involves collaborating with internal technical and operations teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate information, and smooth execution of sales processes. The Sales Coordinator will help monitor sales performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement in sales operations and customer satisfaction.
