Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain regular communication with Channel Partners (CPs) regarding project updates, inventory, pricing, and offers.
• Resolve channel partner queries and provide timely support to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage and track CP leads, bookings, and documentation.
• Support the sales team in day-to-day coordination and follow-ups.
• Maintain records of channel partner interactions, MIS, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as CRM, Finance, and Marketing for issue resolution and process flow.
• Ensure timely sharing of sales-related communication, circulars, and updates with channel partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to enhance business growth.
