Job summary

Expo Advanced Materials Pvt.Ltd. in Noida (Sector 5) is seeking a full-time Sales Coordination professional with 2–5 years of experience in B2B settings.

The role focuses on handling inquiries, coordinating quotations and orders, and maintaining CRM records to ensure timely delivery of EDM and Non-EDM industrial products. Ideal candidates will be proficient in MS Excel, email drafting, and maintaining strong customer relationships, with a proactive, customer-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales coordination or CRM experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven ability to manage B2B customer interactions from inquiry to order fulfillment.
• Strong MS Excel skills and proficiency with CRM tools for maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Handle B2B customer enquiries via calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate requirements, quotations, and orders for EDM & Non-EDM products.
• Manage CRM and maintain accurate customer records.
• Coordinate with Production, Dispatch and Accounts for timely order execution.
• Draft professional emails and customer correspondence.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
• Track orders from enquiry to dispatch and keep customers updated.
• Follow up with customers for new requirements and repeat orders.
• Prepare Sales MIS and reports using MS Excel.
• Maintain professional customer relationships and provide timely sales support.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle B2B customer enquiries, calls, emails and follow-ups.
• Coordinate customer requirements, quotations and orders for EDM & Non-EDM industrial products.
• Manage CRM and maintain accurate customer records.
• Coordinate with Production, Dispatch and Accounts teams for timely order execution.
• Professional Email Drafting & Customer Correspondence
• Quotation Preparation & Follow-up
• Track orders from enquiry to dispatch and keep customers updated.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers for new requirements and repeat orders.
• Prepare Sales MIS and reports using MS Excel.
• Maintain professional customer relationships and provide timely sales support.

Preferred candidate profile

• Female candidate with 2-5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, CRM or Sales Support.
• B2B sales/customer coordination experience preferred.
• Candidates from Manufacturing, Industrial, Engineering, Machinery, Machine Tools or Tooling industries preferred.
• Good English communication and strong understanding of English, both verbal and written.
• Confident, smart, proactive and customer-oriented personality.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, email drafting, quotation preparation and order processing.
• Strong follow-up, coordination and relationship-management skills.
• Immediate joiners / short-notice candidates preferred.
• Comfortable working Full-Time, Work From Office in Sector 5, Noida.
