Job summary

Qualifications

• Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution of sales-related issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and support the sales team in business development activities.

ROLE PURPOSE

• Experience:1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support / Customer Coordination.
• Experience in Electronics, Consumer Electronics, Mobile Accessories, or Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks efficiently.
