VRIDANTA ADVISORY in Gurugram is seeking a Sales & Leasing Real Estate Senior Manager with 3–5 years of focused experience in developing and leasing large real estate projects. The role targets working with developers, building relationships with tenants, and driving business development for commercial spaces.

Candidates should have leasing experience with retail brands and corporate offices, own vehicle, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience required in real estate leasing or development.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with prospective tenants across F&B, fashion, lifestyle, electronics, health, and more, including domestic and international brands.
• Articulate the value proposition, make presentations and build lasting commercial relationships.
• Lease Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations — LOIs, Heads of Terms, and final lease agreements.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations for seamless deal execution.

Candidate is required to work on Real Estate Large Projects - Business Development and helping the clients in commercial leasing.

• Prior Experience in Leasing + connects with Retail brands and Corporate office is must.
• Experience with Developer would be preferred instead of with a broker.
• Own vehicle + Good Communication Skills is must

• This role requires candidate to Identify, approach, and build relationships with prospective tenants from consumer brand companies across categories — F&B, fashion, lifestyle, electronics, health & wellness, entertainment — both domestic and international. Also in office segment.
• Articulate the value proposition, make presentations and build lasting commercial relationships.
• Lease Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations — LOIs, Heads of Terms, and final lease agreements — balancing brand desirability with revenue optimisation
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations for seamless deal execution.
