Job summary

Proxima Skills Academy in Kolkata is hiring a Business Development Associate (BDA) / Sales Executive for an on-site, full-time role. Freshers (0–1 year) may apply. A fixed salary plus performance incentives is offered.

You will engage with prospective students, explain courses and placement support, and drive admissions with the sales team. Candidates with good English communication and a proactive, target-driven mindset will fit well.

Qualifications
