Location: Kolkata

Work Days: Monday – Saturday

Compensation: Up To 4 LPA Inclusive of Variable Pay and Uncapped Incentives

What You Will Be Doing:

• Engage with warm leads – talk to students who already know us.
• Understand their needs and recommend the right services.
• Build trust and close deals – your words will change lives.
• Manage your lead pipeline, follow up consistently.ISupportExceptionConversion targets.
• Collaborate with our marketing teams for smoother handovers and happy clients.
• Report performance, bottlenecks, and learnings weekly.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A fresh graduate willing to start his / her career in marketing and sales (B2C preferred).
• Excellent communicator – fluent in English & comfortable on phone.
