Job summary

CAVITAK is a value-added technology distributor with a PAN India presence and a strong Pune focus. We seek a driven Sales Associate to develop and grow CCTV and surveillance solutions in the market. This role blends technical understanding with business development to expand our brand presence.

You will meet customers, SI, dealers, builders, and corporate clients; promote products, prepare quotations, and close sales, travelling within Pune if needed. Fresher or 2+ years in sales are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fresher or candidate with more than 2 years of sales experience.
• Experience in CCTV, security, networking, or electronics is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within Pune.
• Graduate or Diploma in any discipline; technical background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for CCTV and surveillance solutions.
• Meet customers, system integrators, dealers, builders, and corporate clients to understand their requirements.
• Promote CCTV products and provide suitable solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Coordinate with the technical team for product demonstrations and project execution whenever required.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

Who Are We Looking For?

• Fresher or candidate with more than 2 years of experience in sales.
• Prior experience in CCTV, security, networking, or electronic products will be an added advantage.

• Willingness to travel within Pune for customer meetings.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV and surveillance products is preferred but not mandatory.
• Graduate/Diploma in any discipline (Technical background is a plus).
