Job summary

Riverdale India is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with 3–4+ years in CCTV, surveillance systems, IT solutions, or related security products. You will generate business, manage client relationships, coordinate CCTV installations, and drive sales across government offices and other project sites.

You will lead client meetings, prepare proposals, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful project execution. Travel to client sites will be frequent as part of business development.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of experience in CCTV, security systems, IT solutions, networking or related sales.
• Good understanding of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR, surveillance systems, networking and basic IT infrastructure.
• Experience in site visits, CCTV installation/project coordination will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for CCTV, surveillance and IT solutions.
• Handle sales enquiries, client meetings, quotations, negotiations and closures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with government offices, corporate clients and institutional customers.
• Visit client locations and project sites regularly for business development and coordination.
• Coordinate with technical/installation teams for CCTV installation, configuration and project execution.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable CCTV and IT solutions.
• Coordinate site visits, surveys, installations and after-sales support.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and sales reports.
• Follow up on leads, tenders, projects and payment collections.
• Ensure smooth coordination between clients, sales and technical teams.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–4+ years of experience in CCTV, security systems, IT solutions, networking or related sales.
  
• Good understanding of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR, surveillance systems, networking and basic IT infrastructure .
  
• Experience in site visits, CCTV installation/project coordination will be preferred.
  
• Experience dealing with government offices/institutional clients is an advantage.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
  
• Willingness to travel/move frequently to client and project sites as required.
  
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle would be an added advantage.
